Warranty And Repairs

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faults for a period of  two ( 02 ) years from the date of purchase. 

Repair/Replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

- Failure or damage caused by improper use / carelessness / accidents (Knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, broken crown etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by heavy impact, such as falling of watch / heavy  construction work etc. 
- Failure or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water
- Act of god or a natural disaster such as earthquake, typhoons etc.
- In case the original proof of purchase is not submitted or tampered  
- If the warranty card is not submitted along the watch

** Aesthetic changes that occur naturally during normal wear and tear and aging are excluded ( eg., minor scratches etc. on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color of watchband and fading of the plating)

** Warranty gets void incase the original owner sells the watch to others

** The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available

 *** Watches that need repairs have to shipped to our office in Hong Kong by the customer on his account.
